Job Description 
Companion Care Duties: 
Job duties may include: meal preparation, washing dishes, hygiene, grooming, dressing assistance, laundry, assistance with eating, companionship, shopping, recreational activities, housekeeping, such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, making the bed, changing linens, emptying trash/garbage, cleaning bathrooms. 
Caregiver Duties: 
Job duties may include: hospice care, dementia care, transition care from medical facility to home, and medication reminders. Specific duties include: incontinent care, repositioning client, hoyer lift, and memory care. 
Transportation: 
You may be requested to provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities as needed. 
Qualifications 
Experience is preferred, either through caring for a family member or in actual job experience. Certification (i.e. LVN, CNA, CHHA) is not required, however, useful for the type of clients we have. 
Pay Scale 
$10/hour
